Spicy Garlic Butter Chicken & Shrimp with Stir-Fry Vegetables​​ RECIPE

Spicy Garlic Butter Chicken & Shrimp Stir-fry Vegetables
Ingredients
olive oil
red pepper flakes                    
6 cloves  garlic  (minced) 
1 onion (chopped)                               
1 tsp  salt (optional)
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts  (cut into strips or squares) 
2 more  onions  (thinly sliced
3 bell peppers 1 green 1 yellow 1 orange

have of each bell pepper sliced the other half chopped               
1  red pepper  (thinly sliced) 
1 pack of stir-fry vegetables                                   
4 tomatoes chopped and sauté over medium heat                                   
2 tbsp. soy sauce optional                                    
2 tbsp. cayenne pepper or to taste                             
2 tbsp. creole seasoning or to taste
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup butter substitute
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning optional

2 tbsp. optional 

2 tbsp. parsley optional
OPTIONAL 1 habanero pepper or teaspoon of habanero hot sauce *Note add only a very small amount*
Directions
In a bowl, mix olive oil, shrimp, 2 tbsp. minced garlic cayenne pepper, creole season, half of the thinly sliced red, green, yellow, orange, bell peppers  place in refrigerator covered for 20 to 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a wok or large frying pan. When oil begins to smoke, quickly stir in 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbsp. chopped red, green, yellow, orange, bell peppers add creole seasoning salt. add butter Stir-fry until onion becomes translucent, about 2 minutes. Add chicken and stir until opaque, about 3 minutes. Add remaining 4 cloves minced garlic and stir. Add onions, red pepper strips
Add stir-fry vegetables cook another 2-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
 * DO NOT OVER COOK THE STIR-FRY VEGETABLES*
